Huddersfield play host to Leicester City having had their relegation confirmed. Head coach Jan Siewert will be hoping his team can now play with a bit of freedom having been under the shadow of relegation through most of the season. Leicester come in to this game with a view to securing a top half finish and continue their fine form since the arrival of Brendan Rodgers.

Having won just three games all season, Huddersfield will be hoping that they can give their home fans something to cheer about on Saturday afternoon. After their 1-0 victory over Wolves at the back-end of February they have lost four on the bounce and will now be playing for pride. The fans will hope that the team can finally express themselves and this could make them a dangerous opponent for Leicester.

Since the departure of Claude Puel, Leicester have been in fine form and are currently on a run of four wins out of their last five games. Jamie Vardy is the one who has been most impressive having scored five goals in his last five games and rediscovering the form that saw him spearhead Leicester to the title. Another veteran, Wes Morgan has scored two in his last two game deputising for Harry Maguire and it will be interesting to see how Rodgers deploys his defenders now Maguire is available again.

Huddersfield’s season certainly isn’t getting easier with  Terence Kongolo, Philip Billing and Matty Daly all missing for this game. Jason Puncheon however is available and Laurent Depoitre and Isaac Mbenza are both back in training.

Brendan Rodgers has no fresh injury concerns and just needs to make the aforementioned decision to bring Maguire straight back in to the starting lineup or to persist with Evans and Wes Morgan.

Leicester have enjoyed the greater success in this fixture having not lost to the Terriers in their last five meetings, winning four in the process. Despite going ahead with an early goal in the reverse fixture, Huddersfield could not make it count as goals from Iheanacho, Maddison and Jamie Vardy secured the points for Leicester at the King Power.
