Given United’s depleted squad, it is difficult to see past a PSG victory in this game. The Parisians are fancied at 1/2 by Bet365, and this certainly is one that you could back big to make the desired profit target. Over 2.5 goals can be backed at 8/13 with the same bookmaker or a combination of the two gives you 11/10 for a PSG win and over 2.5 goals together.

French champions Paris St Germain will continue their ultimate quest to achieve Champions League glory when they welcome Manchester United to the Parc des Princes. The French champions come in to this game in imperious form, having won all their games since their victory at Old Trafford. However, Manchester United have also been in great form, going undefeated since their 2-0 loss to their opponents and looking to spring a surprise in Paris.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was the first to admit that his side had been outplayed in the first leg, having seen PSG inflict his first defeat since he took over. But United will feel that they have the quality and mental strength to take PSG on and find a way to overturn their two goal deficit. United have won eight away games in a row since Solskjaer took over and going in as the underdog could suit the Red Devils.

The big test for PSG will be their ability to guard against complacency and ensure the same intensity levels they showed at Old Trafford. The league has been too easy for them, as they currently sit a massive 17 points clear at the top, having lost just the once. The victory against United showed that when they are on form they can showcase a gulf of class against any opponent, but how they will play having secured their lead will be an interesting point.

PSG are likely to set up in a compact manner and deny United any space in midfield to launch their attacks. With the absence of key personnel from either injury or suspension, United may look to go long and direct, targeting the strength of Romelu Lukaku. Paul Pogba saw red in the first leg and will not be available in his home country. Further injuries to Alexis Sanchez, Ander Herrera, Jesse Lingard, Nemanja Matic, Anthony Martial, Juan Mata, Phil Jones and Antonio Valencia leave United without their midfield enforcers and the creativity of Mata.

United will however be boosted by the news that star man Neymar is still out and Edinson Cavani remains an injury concern for the French champions, having missed the last six games. This may see Kylian Mbappe lead the line, supported on the wings by Angel Di Maria and Julian Draxler. Such pace will worry United, especially if they have to chase the game to get the two goals back, leaving spaces for some of the fastest players in the game.
